A strong background in accountancy and corporate finance, coupled with more than 18 years' financial recruitment experience gives Chris expert insight into the needs of clients and candidates.

Following accountancy training Chris originally established the accountancy practice division for a leading independent Midlands based financial recruitment consultancy. Chris then went into business with one of the former Directors to help to establish a new consultancy before launching Chris Hayes Associates after spotting a gap in the market.

Still heading up the practice division, Chris maintains excellent relationships established over many years and focuses on a broad level of posts, from recently qualified up to director/partner level. Within practice we cover from auditing, accounts and taxation through to corporate finance and recovery, private equity, financial modelling, forensic accounting and consultancy.
