Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager

Salary / Package: £45,000 - £55,000 + bens + bonus

Job description:

Our client is a large international firm of accountants with a leading Corporate Finance team in the Midlands.  They seek to strengthen their team with an experienced Corporate Financier with manager level exposure within the Midlands (not essential) market place.

 

You will obviously play a key role working closely with the Directors on business development, pitching for new deals, building networks as well of responsibility for day to day management control of transactions.  You will join a well established team offering a broad range of transactions with a very strong brand name behind them.

 

The prime focus of the team are private company transactions in the mid to large size range and offering a variety of transactions for instance sale mandates/MBOs/MBIs.  You will come into a broad role but also take the opportunity to specialise in particular types of lead advisory transaction if you wish. The successful individual will be expected to come with some relationships already in the investment community and have the desire to achieve both on an individual and team basis.  The is a clear path for progression for the right individuals.

Qualifications required:

ACA Qualified or equivalent
