Job Title: Restructuring Advisory Consultant/Manager

Salary / Package: £35,000 - £45,000 + bens

Job description:

Our client is an international firm of Accountants who are looking to strengthen their advisory practice with an experienced Corporate Restructuring expert.  You will join their restructuring business and get involved in work such as independent business reviews (IBRs) but your role will also cover other advisory areas such as due diligence in Transaction Services and assisting with Lead Advisory transactions within Corporate Finance, for instance drafting information memorandums.

 

The successful candidate will have several years corporate restructuring experience, must have IBR exposure amongst other things, and most importantly have the commercial acumen and desire to succeed in a varied Advisory role.   If you have exposure to other advisory work from Transaction Services and Corporate Finance that would be advantageous but not essential.

 

You will ideally be ACA qualified with an exceptional academic record and currently be operating at a consultant or manager level.  This is rare and exciting opportunity to work in a broad business advisory capacity with interesting clients under the guidance of some of the leaders in their field.
